show metadata (title, desc and publish/mod date)
at the top of every page, except the index/root
linter fixes
start headings from H3 now. to make place for
the big meta title
hopefully fix codeblocks for once and for all...

the HUGOxPARAMSxGITxLAST_COMMITxHASH environment 10a96c84ad

variable must be set before, otherwise it will
buildtime, otherwise will show "development".

find the build command below and in build.sh
HUGOxPARAMSxGITxLAST_COMMITxHASH$(git log -1 --format=%h) hugo build

generate featured posts 12dfeaeeaf

posts with the following frontmatter will be
included. when none of the posts have this
frontmatter, the entire section is removed. the
selection is still manually curated.
